1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer shipping across India. Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee may apply at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Delivers within 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Delivers within 2-4 business days (available for select pincodes at additional charges).

3. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We plan to expand our shipping services globally soon. Keep checking our page or sign up for our newsletter to get updates about international shipping launches.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Damages and Missing Shipments

If you receive a damaged package or if a product is missing, please contact our support team immediately at support@bombchic.com with your order number and photos of the package/product. We will address it right away.
